Club Constitution

  • To promote a united forum of women working together for greater acceptance and recognition of women in the business community, whether in private enterprise or the public service.
  • To offer mutual support, inspiration, advice and assistance to women in business.
  • To conduct social activities for the benefit of members.
  • To raise funds and sponsorship to conduct their annual Mareeba Business Women's Club Inc. Awards.
  • To co-operate with other bodies and associations which in the opinion of the management committee will assist in furthering the aims of the Club.
  • To be non-profit making, non-political, non-racist and non-sexist.
  • To encourage community support for the aims and objectives of the Club.
